Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis while space lasts.  For DAY TRIPS, full payment is required to confirm your reservation.  For MULTI-DAY TOURS and CRUISES, a deposit is required at sign up and full payment approximately two months prior to departure.  Specific information is given at the bottom of each trip flier.

If you make a phone reservation, the space is held for 3 – 5 business days to allow time for the check to be mailed.

*If you are signing up through a group or community, you are asked to list your name on the group sign up sheet, and then take the payment to your group leader immediately.  Simply listing your name DOES NOT confirm your reservation.  

Procedures are as follows:  Day trips – no refunds unless a substitute is found.  Multi-day tours - no refunds after final payment.   Substitutions permitted for motorcoach tours. Cruises and foreign tours - cancellations as directed by each cruise line or tour company.

If there is a wait list on a given tour, Tours by Nona may assist with finding a substitute -- a $10 administrative fee will apply.   Written cancellations are required for multi-day tours and cruises. 

*If Tours by Nona is forced to cancel a trip for any reason, all monies will be returned as soon as possible.

YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND TRIP CODE (or trip name) MUST BE ON YOUR CHECK so that it can be processed.   Checks without phone numbers may be withheld for sign up.  A fee of $25 will be assessed for returned checks.Credit cards accepted for cruises or foreign tours only.

*Multi-day trips should be accompanied by a TBN Application Form or some other written form indicating room type or special needs requests.

Travel insurance is available and highly recommended.  The insurance covers your trip cost in the case of accident, illness or death of you or a close family member.  It also applies for trip interruption. The amount of the insurance varies according to the trip cost and is listed at the bottom of each flier.  Insurance is available on multi-day trips ONLY. A separate check (made to Tours by Nona) is to be sent PRIOR TO FINAL PAYMENT and needs to be marked as “insurance” and the tour name.  Credit cards also accepted for insurance payments.

Tours by Nona reserves the right to make changes if necessary for the good of the tour.  Any such changes would be of equal or greater value.

Pick up points are mostly in the Lake County, FL area. They include, but are not limited to Leesburg -- PAL Realty and Shoppes at Lake Village, Tavares -- Twistee Treat, and Mt. Dora -- Lowe's. Private Pick ups will be offered to groups with a minimum of 20 passengers. Pick up points will be determined when the tour is over half full.
