Come along with Tours by Nonaas we travel to beautiful Lake Wales to experience one of Central Florida’s oldest and most unique attractions, the historic BOK TOWER GARDENS. Started by Edward W. Bok, editor and Pulitzer Prize winner, the gardens are now a National Historic Landmark. Located on the highest point of peninsula Florida, the 250 acre garden was dedicated to the American people in 1929. The centerpiece is a 205 foot Gothic and Art Deco Carillon Tower which houses one of the world’s finest carillons and is an experience like no other. Our day will include admission to the lovely and historic Pinewood Estate, an enchanting 20-room Mediterranean-style mansion, all decorated for the holidays.
